  Pretty good spot, nice people. It is expensive and they do not participate in an coupon programs but that is not totally out there for a more northern community. Good place to get supplies when you are in Algonquin. About 20-25 minutes drive from Mew Campground. Much closer than Huntsville. They also have a pretty decent hardware section if you need some bits an pieces for repairs. Good firewood here typically too (nice dry hardwood)

  What a great store, considering it's in a small community pricing in well within reason of any big city store. Some pricing even cheaper. Owners are in store and are more than willing to help. Neat counter is amazing and cuts of meat are great. Coming from bigger city where butchers and fresh meat seem to have disappeared in place of pre packaged meats I really enjoyed this. This place is a real jewel in the rough

  The is the only market in the little town of Whitney just minutes from Algonquin's East Gate. All your essentials for food are here. There is a small butchery section, staple junk foods and a decent selection of vegetables and fruit. Staff are polite. Store is clean and organized. Parking is adequate.
